Dip
Ingredients
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
1½ cups of olive oil and ½ cup of vegetable oil
2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon of red wine vinegar
The juice of ½ lemon
Condiments
1 teaspoon of oregano
1 teaspoon of basil
1 tablespoon of parsley
1 teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of pepper
5 drops of Worcestershire sauce
3 drops of Tabasco
1½ tablespoons of Parmesan
1 tablespoons of capers
Preparation
1.
Mix the egg yolks and mustard well.
2. Add the oil little by little while stirring.
3. Add 2 crushed cloves of garlic, the vinegar and
the oil.
4. Season using the condiments. Mix well.
